VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE
Not Allowed:
- Overnight Guest Parking
- Motorcycles, Mopeds, Boats, RV’s, or Trailers
- Bicycles not stored in Bike Storage Room
- Abandoned, Disabled, or Wrecked Vehicles
- Flat tires, vehicles on jacks or blocks
- Commercial Automobiles
- Parking in Undesignated Areas or on grass
- Blocking entrance of buildings or double parking (parking over lines)
- Missing License Plate or Expired registration Tag
- Missing or faded Parking Permit
( IF YOU PARK ON THE GRASS IT WILL BE TOWED IMMEDIATELY )
Guests do not need a parking permit if they are visiting during the day.
